Crossply Machine is cutting segments from the UD, stacking them in the desired orientation – normally 0/90° – and pressing them together. It is made up of 0°unwinding device, 90°unwinding, width fixed device, pressing and laminating device,and rewinding device, etc. It is used for 2/4/6/8UD fabric pressing and laminating. Main process:
Put the unidirectional PEUD on the 0° and 90° tension unwinding devices. The 0° UD tension fabric is unwind to the hot pressing platform by the servo traction device before coiling. After the 90° UD fabric is pulled and positioned by the servo width setting device, it is cut by the hot cutting device. The upper hot pressing plane is quickly pressed down, and the pressure is transmitted through signal sensing to drive the composite. Then, the servo traction is used in conjunction with the tension shaft to roll the PEUD orthogonal finished fabric.
