Components of Laminating Machine

  Hot melt glue laminating machine typically consists of several key components that work together to facilitate material feeding, gluing laminating and products rewinding These components may include:

1) Unwinding trolley: mainly consisted of pneumatic shaft, safety chuck, farmar brake, aluminum alloy fabric guiding shaft, to achieve constant tension unwinding.

2) Fabric feeding & conveying and tension control unit: mainly consisted of active feeding rubber roller, aluminium alloy guiding roller, hydraulic edge alignment system, to achieve constant tension feeding and keep the edge in order.

3) Active film feeding unit: mainly consisted of active feeding rubber roller, pneumatic shaft, silicone article fabric opener, motor, inverter, it is used for film synchronous active feeding.
4) Film Carrier Reclaimer: mainly consisted of pneumatic shaft, motor, inverter, etc, it is used for film carrier reclaim.
5) Tension controlling before gluing: mainly consisted of swaying arm type tension controller with angular transducer, to ensure the material with constant tension before gluing.
6) Glue melt unit: there is one 200L PUR glue melter together with the machine, the speed is about 120kg/h, the glue amount is 10-120kg/h.
7) Conduction oil heating system: There is one 18kw oild heater together with the machine, it heats the oil by heating tubes, then pump the hot oil to the equipment.
8) Hot melt glue dot transfer device: mainly consisted of dot shape gluing roller which can add oil inside, steel knife which can add oil inside, steel scraper, silicone roller with cooling, glue stopper(gap is adjustable), cylinder (the one adjusting the gap between scraper and gluing roller ) turnover device, gluing washing channel, motor drive device, etc. It is used to transfer the hot melt glue onto the fabric in dot form and keep the glue melting at the same time.
9) Laminating unit: mainly consisted of pressing roller with cooling device, pressing rubber roller, pressing cylinder and gap between two rollers adjusting device. It is used for laminating two layers of fabric visa the pressure from steel roller and rubber roller.
10) Cooling roller: mainly consisted of two water cooling rollers, inverter, It can rapidly cool down the laminated materials .
11) Edge cutting device: mainly consisted of two cutting knives(in both left side and right side), it used for laminating products edge cutting, the width can be adjusted by screw.
12) Rewinding tension controlling device, mainly consisted of swaying arm type tension controller with angular transducer, to ensure the laminated material with constant tension before rewinding.
