Successful Factory Acceptance Test of Hot Melt Adhesive Spraying Laminating Machine with Korean Customer

Recently, customers from South Korea paid a special visit to our factory to conduct the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for the hot melt adhesive spraying laminating machine. After a comprehensive and rigorous inspection and testing process(in total three days), the machine passed all acceptance standards with outstanding performance, marking a complete success of the factory inspection.

Hot Melt Adhesive Spraying laminating machine integrates multiple units to achieve precise laminating processing:

1. Unwinding Stage

The non-woven fabric roll is loaded onto the unwinding device, with tension control systems ensuring stable, wrinkle-free material feeding.

2. Glue Melting & Spraying

The adhesive melting unit heats solid glue into uniform liquid; the spraying system delivers quantitative, even glue coating through precision nozzles.

3. Laminating Stage

The non-woven fabric (with adhesive) bonds with the base material (e.g., PP, PET) in the laminating unit, with adjustable pressure and speed to ensure firm bonding without delamination.

4. Slitting & Winding Stage

The composite product is trimmed to desired width by the slitting device, then collected neatly by the winding unit for subsequent processing.
