Safety Precautions
- General Safety- Read this manual carefully before installation, operation or maintenance. Improper operation may cause electric shock, mechanical injury or fire . - Only qualified personnel are allowed to install, operate or maintain the machine. - Keep hands, hair and clothing away from rotating rollers, gears and drive belts during operation. - Disconnect main power before any maintenance or repair work. Lock out and tag the power switch to prevent accidental startup. - Do not place heavy objects on the machine. Keep the work area clean, dry and well-lit . - Electrical Safety- Ensure the power supply voltage matches the machine’s rating. Use a grounded power outlet. - Regularly check power cables, plugs and connectors for damage, looseness or overheating. Replace damaged parts immediately. - Avoid exposing electrical components to water, moisture or corrosive substances. - Mechanical Safety- Do not remove or modify any safety guards or interlock devices. - When the machine is running, if abnormal noise, vibration or odor occurs, stop the machine immediately and check. - Use proper tools for maintenance. Do not use makeshift tools.

Installation Instructions
2.1 Factory Preparation
- Floor Requirements: The floor must be level, solid and capable of supporting the machine’s weight (including materials). The floor flatness should be ≤ 2mm/m. - Space Requirements: Reserve sufficient space around the machine for operation, maintenance and material handling (front ≥ 1.5m, rear ≥ 1m, left/right ≥ 0.8m). - Environment:- Temperature: 10–35°C . - Humidity: 40%–70% (non-condensing) . - Avoid direct sunlight, dust, vibration and corrosive gases . - Utilities:- Power: 3-phase 380V±10%, 50Hz (or as per machine specification). - Compressed air: 0.6–0.8MPa, dry and clean. 2.2 Installation and Adjustment
a) Install all the parts of the machine well in order. b) Adjust the screws to make sure that the pressing roller, the engraved roller, the drying roller and the fabric guiding rollers are all in horizontal position. c) According to the position of the gluing roller, adjust all the axes and rollers to make them parallel to each other. d) Check the connection of water pipe joints or other joints to avoid leakage and looseness. e) Make sure that no clamping stagnation happens in the running of transmission chains. Protective cap should be installed. f) Check the fastening of the connections and add appropriate lubricating oil to the chain wheels and chains. Pay attention to the wiring of electrical equipment and the turning direction of the motors. g) Test the machine after the above check items. The testing should take no less than 2 hours. Abnormal phenomena should be get rid of. 03
Repair and Maintenance
a) Every time, before turning on the machine, high temperature tallow should be added to the roller bearings. b) Every 6 months, the lubricating oil should be changed for the reduction gear. c) Every year, the lubricating oil should be changed for the motor. d) The surface of the engraved roller and other places should be timely cleaned after working. e) Lubrication and tension should be maintained for the chains. f) Good insulation should be kept for the circuit of electrical equipment.
