What is a Fiber Reinforcing Panel?
A Fiber Reinforcing Panel (FRP), most commonly known as Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (or Polymer), is a composite material made by combining a plastic matrix (usually a thermosetting polymer like polyester or vinyl ester) with strong glass fibers
Think of it as a high-tech sandwich:
· The Plastic Matrix (The "Glue"): This is the continuous phase that holds everything together. It determines the panel's chemical resistance, color, and environmental durability.

This thermoplastic composite production line adopts a stable frame layout for the base material unwinding device, traction device, lamination heating - step lamination - cooling area, longitudinal slitting area, online fixed-length cutting area, and stacking area. The base material is conveyed by tension unwinding traction. The thermoplastic composite of the product is achieved through the layout of 8M heating zone and 8M cooling zone on the flatbed composite production line. The product is formed and online cut by the cutting device. According to the setting length value which is input by HMI. The die-cut finished product is picked up by the mechanical hand and stacked.
