Full Coating Type Hot Melt Glue Laminating Machine Delivery

Today. kuntai full coating laminating machine is delivery to one of customers in France. 

Hot melt glue coating system(Multipurpose): mainly consisted of gluing rollerswhich can add oil inside,  glue stopper(gap is adjustable), cylinder (the one adjusting the gap between gluing rollers ) turnover device, gluing washing channel, motor drive device, etc. It is used to transfer the hot melt glue onto the fabric in dot form or full coating and keep the glue melting at the same time. Our gluing system and laminating machine system are controlled by servo motor, the gluing gap and laminating gap can be adjusted very well.

The following two application systems are integral parts of the unit:

1. Multi roller system
2. Gravure roller system  - with positive blade position

                                            - with negative blade position

This machine can do both dot coating and full coating laminating, it is widely used in many industries, such as mattress protective materials, garments, sofa fabric, curtain fabric and black out film laminating, safety shoes, etc.
