Today, KUNTAI delivered a flatbed double belt press laminating machine to an old customer in South Korea once again, this customer has more than ten machines from KUNTAI and maintains a long-term cooperative relationship with KUNTAI, supporting high-temperature, high-strength continuous composite production.

This double-Belt Laminator features integrated heating and cooling zones, equipped with upper and lower PTFE (Teflon) belts for stable release and uniform heat transfer. It delivers a maximum heating temperature of 230°C with a precise temperature difference of ±3°C, ensuring consistent lamination quality for demanding materials and processes. Designed for heavy-duty, continuous operation, the machine is engineered to produce high-strength, high-temperature resistant composite products with stable bonding and flat surface finishing. Its modular thermal control and durable belt system improve productivity and product consistency in automotive, technical textile, composite material, and UD fabric manufacturing.
