This Hot Melt Spraying Scattering Lamination Machine is specially designed for the continuous production of activated carbon filter materials, widely used in automotive cabin air filters, automotive air purification modules, nonwoven filter composites, foam filter media and other high-efficiency filtration products. This hot melt glue spraying laminating machine adopts innovative fibrous hot melt spraying and precise activated carbon scattering technology to replace traditional stirring and drying processes, delivering higher efficiency, better bonding and stronger environmental performance.

    Working Principle

    The machine sprays hot melt adhesive in uniform fibrous form onto the base material; activated carbon particles/powder are evenly scattered onto the adhesive surface for instant anchoring. A second layer of hot melt adhesive is applied before laminating with the top substrate, forming a stable, high-performance activated carbon filter composite. Multiple glue spraying head and powder scatter devices can be added to achieve a larger amount of activated carbon powder scatter with good bonding fixation. The whole line operates without a high-power drying oven, greatly saving energy and space.
