    Hot melt adhesives, different from solvent based glue,  it is environmental and no smells, which makes possible environmental friendly products and realizes no pollution during the whole process of lamination. The laminated materials are well bonded and products are soft, comfortable, breathable and water resistance.

    Our hot melt laminating machine is mainly consisted of fabric rewinding and unwinding units, fabric and film transmission systems and tension controller, film unwinding, hot melt glue melting unit (optional), conduction oil heating system (optional), gluing device, laminating device, cooling device, PLC and electric control devices. It is compact, highly automatic and easy to maintain.
