Double Belt Press Laminating Machine with Heating and Cooling modules

The double belt press production line uses a stable framestructure to lay out the heating zone, cooling zone and adjustment mechanism, and realizes the laminating by temperature transfer and pressure intervention. The 1500mm cooling zone(customized) is cooled by circulating cooling water intervention. Using PTFE Teflon belt to transfer temperature and bearing laminating materials, thermoplastic, laminating and cooling products are realized through temperature and certain pressure.

    Double Belt Press

    KUNTAI doulbe belt press laminating machine uses a stable frame structure to lay out the heating zone, cooling zone and adjustment mechanism , and realizes the laminating by temperature transfer and pressure intervention. 

    The equipment adopts the transverse aluminum internal heating tube to heat transfer the Teflon bearing belt, the laminating roller adopts chromium plated roller and rubber roller as well as cooling zone to achieve heat transfer, pressure laminating and cooling, it is suitable for high strength, high temperature laminating products continuous production operations.

    Temperature control is set in three horizontal zones of a single heating rod.

    Components of double belt press

    The doulbe belt press laminator typically consists of several key components that work together to facilitate material feeding, laminating and rewinding. These components may include:

    1) Material feeding table: mainly consisted of machine frame, steel feeding rollers, etc. On this feeding table, plate materials will transmit in order.

    2) Flatbed heating & pressing device: it is composed of both upper and lower Teflon belts, belt edge alignment device, heating tubes, Ø290 mesh belt rubber steel roller, screw elevator, servo motor, and so on. It is used for material unwinding. It is used of heating pressing and laminating of two layers of material

    3) Product output working table: the finished products will come out to the output working table.
