KUNTAI doulbe belt press laminating machine uses a stable frame structure to lay out the heating zone, cooling zone and adjustment mechanism , and realizes the laminating by temperature transfer and pressure intervention.
The equipment adopts the transverse aluminum internal heating tube to heat transfer the Teflon bearing belt, the laminating roller adopts chromium plated roller and rubber roller as well as cooling zone to achieve heat transfer, pressure laminating and cooling, it is suitable for high strength, high temperature laminating products continuous production operations.
Temperature control is set in three horizontal zones of a single heating rod.
