    Machine Structure

    A) Conveying belt feeding part

    1. This feeding part is composed of a servo motor, a speed reducer, a synchronous belt transmission device, a pneumatic clamping device, a tensioning device , a conveying belt; The conveying belt is die cutting resistance;
    2, The machine adopts pneumatic clamping for the material movement, to ensure the material without deformation or displacement;
    3, The travel head cutting machine feeding part is driven by a servo motor. The synchronous belt transmission is used for the material longitudinal feeding, the feed length can be directly input on the touch screen;
    4, This automatic cutting machine can be used for continuous and large-batch cutting of nonmetal materials in rolls. The input of the materials are conveyed from the front side of the machine to the cutting area, and finished products come out from the other side, with high efficient and safe.

    B) Main Cutting Machine

    1, The main cutting machine is composed of machine frame, a hydraulic part and cutting head etc.

    2. The bottom of the cutting head is provided with a cutting mold fixing device, to ensure the convenient and quick replacement of cutting mold;
    3,The cutting head moving is controlled by ball screw system with servo motor drive,  which can guarantee the speed and accuracy of moving;
    6, Use the flywheel energy storage to realize the high pressure cutting, save  electricity, no oil temperature rise;
    7, The cutting higher is set by stroke setting mechanism, to make the cutting adjustment easy and accurate;
    8, The main sealing is import from Germany, the main hydraulic parts and the electrical appliances are also imported items, they are all durable;
    9, The cylinder piston rod outer circle surface of the main machine is dealt with hard chromium plating after high-frequency quenching, to ensure the service life of the machine;

    C) Pneumatic Parts
    Material clambing, cutting die fixing, and PP cutting board micro moving(optional) are all achived by both electric and manual work:
    a) Fixing the cutting die from the left side of the machine and will be clamped automatically;
    b) The conveyor belt has automatic edge alignment function as it is controlled by air cylinder;
    C) Due to air cylinder control, material location, feeding and clambing can be achieved.

    D) Cutting die setting system.
    Controlling by servo motor and PLC, The cutting depth can be controlled automatically, to ensure the service time of PU belt.

    E) The electrical part
    The main control cabinet is arranged on the right of the machine (It is decided by the buyer to match needs on the ground.
