    Main working process: From Yarn to Finished Cloth

    Fiber rack→Arrange→Beam-warping→Exhibition silk →Soakage→Membranae tectoria →Desiccation → Tractive  → Rewinding device.

    Place the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber on the creels, roll back to the cluster device and arrange in parallel.The parallel PE fibers after the cluster pass through the finishing device to form the parallel and closely packed filament bundles.After the spread of the ribbon, add tension to ensure the smoothness of the ribbon.After infiltrating the fiber with the adhesive device, recombining the PE bearing membrane through the uniform filament bundle after the adhesive device,After the heat roller evaporation resin solvent curing, forming a one-way PEUD cloth.
