Product Introduction
1.Main process: Put the unidirectional PEUD on the 0° and 90° tension unwinding devices. The 0° UD tension fabric is unwind to the hot pressing platform by the servo traction device before coiling. After the 90° UD fabric is pulled and positioned by the servo width setting device, it is cut by the hot cutting device. The upper hot pressing plane is quickly pressed down, and the pressure is transmitted through signal sensing to drive the composite. Then, the servo traction is used in conjunction with the tension shaft to roll the PEUD orthogonal finished fabric.
2.The 6000KN four cylinder hydraulic power acts on the 1700 * 1700mm lamination tabletop, combined with HMI+PLC to control pressure, acceleration, pressure holding and other functions.
3. The 90° UD tension reel adopts pneumatic clamping material combined with servo motor for lateral movement, ensuring that the UD material does not deform or deviate during the movement process; Using servo motor drive for lateral material pulling, the fragment size can be directly inputted and set on the touch screen.
4.The heat source medium required for the lamination tabletop is thermal oil, equipped with a dual external circulating mold oil heater.
5.The movable and fixed pressure plates are equipped with pneumatic clamping devices, which are stable and fast.
6.The laminated product is pulled by servo rollers to achieve longitudinal specification improvement each time, and combined with tension coiling to achieve UD composite product winding.
7.The control mode of the AC motor is circuit breaker+contactor+thermal protector+motor.
8.All outputs of PLC are controlled by intermediate relays to execute components.
