Today, Three Sets of Automatic UHMW-PE UD Fabric Crossply Machine Delivery to Korea!

Kuntai Group, a leading manufacturer and R&D innovator in technical textile machinery, has recently delivered three sets of 600T UHMW-PE UD crossply machines to Korea. The UD fabric crossply machines, it can be used for 0° and 90° unidirectional PE UD fabric crossply heating pressing laminating.

4/6UD composite: PEUD vulcanized finished fabric is taken by 0° three-axis unwinding device, hot pressed composite, servo traction, and tension axis winding.The machine pressure can be choosed as 300T, 600T, 800T and 1000Ton, etc. The heating can be electived heating conduction oil or steam. It can be choosed for manual type feeding table and automatic type feeding too.

It is widely used in many industry, such as soft bulletproof jackets, light bulletproof helmets, light bulletproof armor plates, stab and cut resistant clothing linings, and special public anti riot facilities.
